Hi, thanks for visiting 🙂

I had the opportunity to take a break from work and to focus on several projects and to dedicate my time to learning (which was basically a dream)! I had a lot of fun and will be writing about 🌎 learning a language, 💻 learning to do “code-ish” things, and 👩🏻‍💻 building my first product (and community).

I’d love to share some of what I learnt and hope that you either learn something that’s helpful or read something interesting! Bewarned, I’ll probably write a bunch of things that are “really obvious” 🙄, but I figure that there are definitely some people out there starting off at the same point as me.

Funny enough, this website was one of the projects as I ended up building it mostly myself (using Jekyll). I’m not technical but I guess I just wanted to make things harder for myself and ‘to try something new’.

Hopefully after spending all these hours Googling and figuring things out I can share a few tips you’ll find useful!
